Yep! We are absolutely crazy about Jesus and excited to have the opportunity to share Him with the four corners of the world through the ministry of the marketplace. Our products are created to share His Word and encouragement with anyone who needs it. While we have products for anyone of any background or faith, just don't be surprised when you see lots of Jesus! It's who we are.
SanctuaryGirl™ products are designed in and shipped from sunny Miami, Florida! Our manufacturing partners are located all over the world including India, China, and Korea. They are privately owned manufacturers, vetted for ethical operations, and they are family!
Nope! SanctuaryGirl™ is a private, family brand and we do not market on any other channels such as Amazon, Etsy, or EBay. We do, however, offer a wholesale program through our sister brand, KingdomGirl™, that gives other message-based brands like ours the opportunity to carry our products in their stores, so you may occasionally find SanctuaryGirl™ in other locations across the country!

Our goal is to deliver your new SanctuaryGirl™ products to you within ten to fourteen business days, however, it may take a bit longer based on busy seasons. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent to the email provided upon order.
The SanctuaryGirl™ fulfillment center does not process orders on weekends or holidays.
International, military, and noncontiguous states may experience longer shipping times.
SanctuaryGirl™ is not responsible for extended service delays experienced by our carriers or for products stolen or misplaced during delivery. Once an order is accepted by UPS, USPS, or DHL, SanctuaryGirl™ is no longer responsible for the package. Refunds and replacements are not available for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
If your packages are officially updated as received by our carrier via their tracking systems but do not make it to their final destination, you should immediately confer with the carrier to file a claim. SanctuaryGirl™ is not responsible for packages once they show "accepted" or "in-transit" with our carriers.
No refunds, credits, or replacement orders are available for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered. These occurrences will be directed to contact the carrier to file the appropriate claim.
We ship via USPS, DHL, and UPS! We do not offer expedited shipping at this time so be sure to order with plenty of time to meet your needs. While we aim to move as fast as we can to support our SanctuaryGirl™ Family, always plan with plenty of time for the just-in-case, especially when buying gifts!

At the time of this writing, we only ship to the United States and military addresses. Stay tuned for updates though! We will be global soon!
Eligible products may be returned within 10 days following delivery for a store credit, only in the instance of a rare manufacturer's defect. Return requests due to breakage during shipping will be referred to the carrier to file a claim. Return requests due to the rare manufacturer's defect or breakage will require photographic evidence to secure a replacement. Return requests initiated ten calendar days after confirmed delivery will not be approved for any reason.
Products ineligible for return or exchange include the following:
Textile products including blankets, pillow covers, and pouches, apparel, and hats are completely ineligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Clearance and/or final sale items, BOGO items, and custom product orders are also ineligible for return.
Return requests for these products are subject to review for the rare manufacturer's defect, but are ineligible for return for any other reason.
To initiate a return, please follow the following steps:
1. Please first confirm that your request fits into the guidelines as stated above regarding timeframe and eligibility for return. We are not otherwise able to complete any return requests that are outside of these guidelines.
2. Once you have completed Step One and confirmed that your return is within our guidelines, click on the Chat Icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and let us know what you need. Have your order number ready for us to assist you. While we aim to be available during our business hours of 10am through 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, we may be helping another customer or out of the office. If this is the case, please do leave your details in the chat and our Experience Team will be there soon to serve!
3. Wait for further instruction and next steps! It is our honor to help facilitate a smooth return process for those requests that are within guidelines once approved.
If your return request is approved, you will be issued a Gift Card or discount code for future use to the email associated with the original order. You can use this code at anytime to shop the SanctuaryGirl™ website. Initial shipping charges for your order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit amount.

SanctuaryGirl™ products are made of stainless steel, silicone, and organic materials such as leather, natural stone beads, and glass. Our products are lead and nickel free and hypoallergenic. Safe for all to wear!
Great question! For the longevity and care of your products please follow the listed recommendations:
- For stainless steel jewelry: While stainless steel is a very resilient medium, we recommend limiting the exposure of your stainless steel pieces to water and chemicals of any kind. To maintain its shine, we suggest storing your jewelry in a clean, dry space, buffing it regularly with a microfiber cloth, and making sure to always add your jewelry as the final touch after you put on sprays, lotions, and oils. We do not recommend showering or swimming with your jewelry whenever possible.
- For textiles: Wash your blankets, pouches, apparel, and hats on delicate cycle and cold temperature. Air dry to maintain vibrancy of color and shape.
- For leather products: As with any leather products, protect from rain and moisture to avoid spotting. We do not suggest wearing leather products during periods of high perspiration or certain exposure to large amounts of water.
- For beads and elastics: Refrain from overstretching your beaded jewelry. As with any elastic product, this medium can only stretch so far. Avoid placing your beaded jewelry around any places larger than your wrist to avoid stretching the elastic to the point of breakage.
As with all jewelry products, keep out of the reach of small children.

Payment is due in its entirety at the point of order, unless installments are selected. SanctuarygGirl™ will not ship or place any order without full and verified payment. This includes standard bulk orders, preorders, weekly drop orders, and custom orders.
SanctuaryGirl™ accepts all forms of payment including Shop Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards. We also offer installments through Shop Pay! This program is offered through our partnership with Affirm. All applicants are subject to third-party verifications for this option. This service is offered independently of SanctuaryGirl™ and SanctuaryGirl™ is not responsible for any processes connected to transacting with Affirm.

Every product has the measurements in the product description! We tried our best to be as inclusive as possible with sizing to ensure that everyone has the chance to wear the messaging that they need. Be sure to consult the sizing information if you are unsure if our pieces will fit you!

Absolutely! We love the idea of helping our customers bring their ideas to life! As long as the design or messaging that you would like to create is something our brand can stand behind, we would love to help.
Custom products require a minimum quantity of 60 units of the same design and are most useful for branding, corporate gifting, or fundraising. In simpler terms, one custom design must have an order of 60 pieces of that style in that design to qualify. Orders of 60 cannot be divided up into multiple designs.
Yes! Ordering through the custom program gives you access to a 60% off discount! This is an amazing opportunity to get products for your church, team, ministry, or whatever your group needs might be.

Lead time varies based on the product that you are customizing and the amount of products that you require. General lead times require 30-45 days from time of order to delivery, but may be longer depending on volume and complexity of design.
Custom products are ineligible for return for any reason other than the rare manufacturer's defect proven with photographic evidence. Custom product orders require a signed document acknowledging the accuracy of the design in use and the acceptance of the no-return policy. Unused custom products cannot be accepted back by SanctuaryGirl™ at any time so be sure that you have a need for your custom order!
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to our base products. Products can be customized in content only, and not in construction.
Ordering in bulk is a great idea if you need multiple products for gifting or conferences and conventions. We have special pricing available depending on your needs. Connect with us via the chat feature for help!

Yes! You do retain ownership of both your design and your completed product. SanctuaryGirl™ will not feature, use, nor sell your design or product on any of its platforms.
